On the MarTech side, our role will involve implementation, maintenance, and support of the marketing automation, sales acceleration, and the CRM platform. Besides delivering their core benefits these tools will be used to set up, deploy, track and analyze integrated online and offline campaigns.
Our focus is on products and services that have medium to long-term consideration buying cycles. TekForce CRM implements appropriate MarTech, and SalesTech to deliver a transparent, and automated marketing process to support sales teams’ hunt and farm successfully.
The start of this journey is to correctly define your buyer persona. The buyer persona is not only the buyer profile. The profile is just one aspect of the persona. The persona ideally needs to have the following insights of the buyer i.e. priority initiative, success factors, perceived barriers, buyer’s journey, and decision criteria.
Once you define your buyer persona, one clearly understands what content needs to be developed to acquire a lead and then move the buyer along the journey. The buyer journey is not a linear process like a sales funnel. A well-thought-through flow chart needs to be mapped for a new sale, retention, upsell, and cross-sell flow.
“Effective marketing” is personalized communication at scale i.e. giving buyers clearly articulated information they seek, in the language they understand, when and where they need it, using the channel they most often use.
Hence mapping this journey and delivering the right content via different channels the buyer uses at the appropriate time requires a “properly configured” and mapped process. This needs to be delivered by a team that has the required process defining capability and experience. The approach we follow ensures that the marketing and sales teams’ actions are aligned.

Our role first is to set up and support the technology components. In maintenance mode, it will be to analyze and present the success and failure of campaigns and use data to help the team improve the campaign effectiveness. We will also own campaign structuring, technology fine-tuning, and performance management. We will manage reporting on lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimize performance and investment.
